Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Superbaby processes the personal data of parents and children who attend our swimming courses and of visitors to www.superbaby.sk. We act in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

What data we process and why
- Course registration – the parent’s name, phone, e-mail, the child’s name and date of birth, and any information you choose to give us. We need it to contact you, place your child in a group suitable for their age and agree on a date (preparing and performing the course contract).
- Course attendance and payments – data needed to record lessons, make-up lessons and payments and to issue invoices (performance of the contract and legal obligations, mainly accounting).
- Declaration on the child’s health – you bring it to the first lesson; it serves the safety of children in the pool. We keep it only for the duration of the course.
- Communication – if you write to us or call us, we use your contact details only to reply (legitimate interest).
- Newsletter – if you subscribe, we send you information about new courses; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every e-mail (consent).
- Website traffic – the website runs on the Wix platform, which uses necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies for visitor statistics.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. It is processed only by contracted suppliers that help us run the website and our services: Wix.com (website hosting, forms, e-mails), an external accounting firm, and the bank for payments. Some suppliers (Wix, Google) may process data outside the EU on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.
Google reviews
On the website we display reviews that parents have published publicly on our Google Maps profile (name, profile photo, rating, text and date as set by the author on Google). If you edit or delete your review on Google, the change will appear on our website within 24 hours.
How long we keep data
- registrations and course data – for the duration of the course and 2 years after it ends, so that we can offer you another course,
- accounting documents – 10 years under the Accounting Act,
- newsletter – until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to info@superbaby.sk. If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, www.dataprotection.gov.sk.
